The service here was top-notch, definitely deserving of a perfect 5-star rating. the staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel right at home. 😊.

My two teenagers and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. My superior king room with air conditioner and a balcony was new-fashioned. The staff and the host were all genuinely helpful and very friendly.

exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini bar fridge, a microwave oven, and air conditioning. the view from the window to city. marvellous and amazing location very close to everything, easy to get around.

Comfortable King room with all the essentials - central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers were a nice touch. Everything worked smoothly during our stay. Bonus: the room had a nice street view! 🌆.

Can recommend this hotel, I would happily go back again. It should be perfect venue for short stay🙂🙂

Not obvious to find!

Ideal hotel located adjacent to cafes and the alley and specially the very popular streets Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. Quiet atmosphere, a lot of excellent dishes. Private parking on site provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

This place is right in the middle of everything. My room had all I needed , cozy central heating for those chilly nights, an iron to keep my clothes wrinkle, free, and a coffee/tea maker for a quick pick.

The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to the city center and historical areas, plus the staff is excellent and provide complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

The location in the old town was amazing, with the staff being super friendly, and we were close to main attractions, alleys, and cafes.

The convenience of this place is a major plus - it's not too far from an Italian archaeological museum 🏛️. the room here was freshly renovated and tidy, and the bed was super comfy.

Located in the old town, this B&B is conveniently near everything, including popular streets like Via Toledo and Spaccanapoli. the room is elegant, spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a peaceful sleeping experience. the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment, and there is a variety of tea, coffee, and snacks available. the owner is friendly, helpful, and offers excellent hospitality, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast at a nearby cafe exceeds expectations, with great coffee and a selection of delicious pastries.

The entrance to the B&B is through a small and dark alley, which may not be appealing to some guests.

I recently stayed at Il Balconcino and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, close to popular streets and attractions. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the Wi-Fi was impressive. The manager, Lorenzo, was always available and extremely helpful. Plus, the check-in process after midnight was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

The staff was genuinely helpful and provided a lot of information. the room was neat and airy, equipped with all necessary appliances. - It had a balcony with a great view which ensured a good night's sleep. - the presence of a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge was a definite plus.

The location here is marvelous and perfect for exploring a funerary chapel, and the distance to the airport is only 0.5 miles; we enjoyed our stay and will return.

the bijoux bed and breakfast near Scapanapoli exceeded my expectations. Recently refurbished, the spacious room with high ceilings and a little balcony was a delight. The proprietor was lovely and the new kitchen installation was a bonus.
